By leaving or sending your electronic device/laundry equipment with us, you are understand, agree & accept with our Terms & Conditions of Service as below.
1. All repairs completed by our technician come with a 90 Days warranty. These included repaired & refurbished laundry coin acceptor, washer & dryer PCB control board, inverters & other electronic device equipments are coming with 90 days warranty.
2. Our warranty starts from the invoice date DOES NOT the date of shipping or installation.
3. When you receive your repaired item(s), we recommend immediately installing them into a WORKING machine (with the power turned off).
This does THREE things:
(1) Confirms that your board is fully repaired and in working order.
(2) Gives you a good spare (the one you just took out of the working machine).
(3) You get the most out of your 90 days warranty.
4. Warranty may be voided if the device was damaged by factors beyond our control, if a board has been tampered with or repaired by someone else, or if the warranty sticker is removed, marked, or covered.
5. Warranty does not apply to damages like cracked or broken, dents, scratches, liquid spills or other accidental damage. Our warranty does not cover return postage costs, your loss of use, loss of data, additional work or other incidental costs/losses. We reserve the right to refuse warranty on items displaying any physical damage at our discretion.
6. You understand & accept that you should contact us to arrange payment and/or collection of your device within 60 days of invoice date (from the date we completely repair your device and issue the invoice for collecting payment). We reserve the rights for uncollected electronic devices within 2 months (60 days) period from completion date (either completely repaired or not repairable), shall be auctioned or sold to cover expenses, time and effort without further notice.
7. If your device is not collected within 60 days you consent to transferring ownership of the items to our business AW Laundry Corner Enterprise. Your item may then be then on-sold or recycled to recover costs. We do not need to seek your permission to do this & you will forfeit any right or claim over those items. The invoice we issued to you will be automatically voided or cancelled after 2 months (60 days) period from completion or invoice date IF without or fail to receive any payment from you.
